Sony A7S3 released at the end of July, another full-frame new machine delayed to August
According to the information received by the well-known imaging industry website SAR, Sony executives decided to separate the official release time of the A7S3 and another full-frame new machine and delay it by one month. It is reported that Sony’s decision is based on Canon EOSR5, which will be launched in early July, in order to enable A7S3 to have a more accurate positioning and even adjust the price to meet market demand.
Previously, the device considered to be Sony A7S3 with model number “WW271448” was registered in China on April 28.
And the mysterious new full-frame machine that we reported a few days ago, which is considered to be A5, was registered in China at the end of May.
Maybe many of my friends will be disappointed to see the news that the new machine is postponed, but this is just Sony’s marketing strategy. I believe these two machines will eventually come back. It is said that the first batch of reporters and a filmmaker have obtained and experienced A7S3 at Sony’s internal communication meeting. Perhaps in the next few days, we will be able to obtain more and more detailed specifications about the A7S3.
